Supply Chain work stream is transversal stream which have important to identify from Day 1 and monitor till first year of Integration. While identifying  Supply Chain Leader it is key to  have :

• A significant experience leader who  should be more a generalist person rather than a Supply Chain specialist.
• Should have good interpersonal skills and project management skills.
